4.8 FIELD OF ACTIVITY
The development of the organization knew the following fases:

1996 Netherlands
1997 Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain and Spain
2000 EU and USA

As the consecuence of the mortal accident in Paris on the 31st of Augustus 1997 and the occurences on the 11th of September 2001 in the United States, the 11th of March 2003 in Madrid and the 7th of July 2005 in London this development has suffered a serious delay. More information is to be read in the book Letters to Diana, Princess of Wales. The initial activities for the benefit of Spanish schools concern enrolling in the language courses in Spain and handling of payments. These activities can be executed by Cervantes Travels. On the didactical/educational level exchange of know how will take place. Instituto Cervantes Holding Ltd also aims an intensive collaboration with the Spanish schools concerning in the field of programme exchange.
