2.6 ADMINISTRATION
Accountancy, salary administration and the production of the annual reports will be the own responsibility of the business units. The annual reports will be checked by the accountant of the holding company. In 1996 and 1997 all business activities took place in the Netherlands and up from April 1997 also in Great Britain. Although that was the intention as to be read in my book. Afterwards parts of the management will take place in Belgium, Luxemburg and Spain and will be treated there according to Belgian, Luxemburg and Spanish legislation. Belgian, Luxemburg and Spanish requirements have to be investigated.* Activities of the limited can take place in Folkestone and of the holding company in Stratford-upon-Avon. Therefore the English Business Plan has been presented on the 28th of April 1997 to the Economic Development Manager of the District Council of Stratford-upon-Avon

and sent to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom on the 19th of July 1997. Before that the British Prime Minister has confirmed the good receipt of the brochure of the Government Game in a letter of his spokeswoman of The Foreign & Commonwealth Office on the 19th of June 1997.
