CONSTRUCTIE
De economische activiteit van het Instituto Cervantes NBLEW zal worden bepaald
door de omzetting van Instituto
Cervantes Limited England and Wales in Instituto
Cervantes Holding Ltd. De holding en haar werkmaatschappijen
zullen onafhankelijk opereren van de vanuit de
Stichting Cervantes Benelux voortkomende European
Cervantes Foundation. Ten gevolge van het overlijden van de
Prinses van Wales op
31
augustus 1997 heeft de ontwikkeling van de European
Cervantes Foundation vertraging opgelopen. Nochtans heeft
de oprichter van de Stichting Cervantes
Benelux Haar met kerstmis
1997 posthuum tot First
President of the European Foundation
benoemd conform zijn toezeggingen zoals beschreven in het boek
Letters
to Diana, Princess of Wales.
