EXPANSION Dear Diana, I have the honour to announce the foundation of Instituto Cervantes Limited UK, that took place yesterday. From now on all the activities mentionned in my Business Plan Instituto Cervantes Benelux also can be executed under my Instituto Cervantes label in the United Kingdom. The company can be changed into a holding company in the way I promised. I have ordered to register the trade mark in the United Kingdom. A London office can be established as well. I hope I may count on your support. Different forms of collaboration may be possible. I hope you will be able to discuss the possibilities with me next Sunday. I am looking forward to a meeting. Enclosed: Memorandum of Association of Instituto Cervantes Limited; First directors and secretary and intended situation of registered office; Declaration on application for registration. The contracts still have to be signed by the witness.
