company the owner
of the trademark within the perspective of the planned Dutch-British
Family Company Van
der Heyden/Spencer
has chosen for a governmental structure as has been established
by the Commission Corporate
Governance. In the time
of the death of his proposed partner he has participated in the
gatherings around this issue on de Baak in Noordwijk. The holding company will be governed by these guidelines.
